In this creative 2.5-hour course, we will show you how to master the art of decorating cookies with royal icing - perfect for the upcoming Easter holidays! Our pastry chef Laura will teach you everything you need to know to create the most delicious and beautiful cookies.

Here's what you can expect:

Rocal Icing Basics:

Learn how to make royal icing and achieve the perfect consistency for different techniques - from firm for intricate details to more fluid for smooth surfaces. Also learn how to color your icing with food coloring.

Magical techniques:

Discover step by step how to pipe precise lines, outline cookie edges neatly and fill areas evenly using the flood technique. We also show you how to use the wet-on-wet technique to create beautiful patterns directly in the icing.

Your personal Easter cookie art:

Choose from different cookie designs and then decorate your cookies to your taste with a large selection of Happy Sprinkles.

And the best part?

At the end, you can take your artfully decorated Easter cookies home with you in a box - perfect for enjoying with family or friends over the coming Easter holidays 🍪💖.
