What is the Happy Sprinkles bonus program?
We would like to thank you for your loyalty with our free loyalty program. You can collect Happy Points for various activities, such as making purchases or referring friends. With increasing Happy Points you can move up to different levels. You can redeem your collected Happy Points for vouchers or free shipping, for example.
Is membership free of charge?
Yes, your membership of our Happy Sprinkles bonus program is free of charge. The program is simply an offer on our part to give something back to you.
How can I register?
At the top of this page you will find a "Register now" button.
Important: The bonus program and the customer account for the online store are two separate accounts.
I would like to cancel/return an order. What happens to my Happy Points?
- If you cancel an order completely, the Happy Points you have received for it will be withdrawn.
- If an order is only partially canceled, you keep the Happy Points for the remaining items.
- If you have paid with Happy Points, these will be credited to you when you make a full return.
- If you return part of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to credit you with Happy Points. This also applies to the voucher.
Can I redeem my Happy Points with an order?
You have the option of converting €5, €10 and €20 vouchers with your Happy Points. The Happy Points will then be credited to the corresponding voucher value.
Can I combine vouchers from the bonus program with promotional codes etc.?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine discount codes or vouchers from the bonus program.
Do my Happy Points expire?
No, your Happy Points do not expire - unless you are completely inactive for 2 years. This means that you will not collect any Happy Points by purchasing products or other promotions during this time. But don't worry: we will inform you in good time before your Happy Points expire.
What is the maximum number of reviews I can write?
You can write a maximum of one review per week. It takes 1-2 days for your Happy Points to be approved.
How does Refer a Friend work?
If you are satisfied with our products and our service, you can always recommend us to friends and family - we would be delighted! 💖
If you would like to be rewarded for this, you can take part in our "Refer a friend" program. To do this, you can send your friends an individual link in your dashboard after you have registered for the bonus program in your profile. If they then buy something from us via this link, your friends will not only save €10, but you will also receive a €10 voucher for our store. Have fun & spread happiness! ☀️✨
