The Happy Backbox is send out every two months always on the 1st of the months February, April, June, August, October and December.
How often will I receive my Happy Baking Box?
This depends on the subscription model you choose. With our "trial subscription" you have a flexible term and can already cancel after the first box. Thus, this model is very suitable if you want to receive only one box (or give it away, for example). With the model "Enthusiast" you have a minimum term of 3 boxes over a period of 6 months. The "Baking Lover" model has a minimum term of 6 boxes every two months spread over 12 months. After the minimum term, the subscription can be canceled at any time.
Can I gift the Happy Baking Box to someone?
Yes, of course! You'll make someone very happy with this. At the end of the checkout, enter the address of the person receiving the gift as the delivery address and we will send the box directly to the lucky person. Just don't forget to cancel the box if you only want it to be a one-off gift 😉
Are the recipes in the box easy to make at home?
Every box contains a little booklet with detailed instructions and pictures for every recipe. Additionally, you’ll also find all the necessary baking tools as part of the box. We think that’s all you need to make these recipes a success but if you’ve ever got any questions, you know where we are!
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your Happy Sprinkles customer account and managing your subscriptions there. Don't have a customer account yet? No problem! You can easily create one by clicking on the little man at the top right of our website or automatically at checkout. Important: The email address of your customer account must match the email address you used to book the subscription.
If you have taken out your subscription by direct debit mandate, simply send us an email with your cancellation request to [email protected].
When can I cancel my subscription?
The cancellation option depends on the subscription you have chosen. With the "Trial" subscription, you can cancel after the first box. With the "Enthusiast" subscription, you can cancel after the 3rd box. The "Baking Lover" subscription can be canceled after the 6th box. Please note that we must always receive your notice of termination by the 24th before a new box is sent (e.g. the box will be sent on June 1st, if you no longer wish to receive it, we need your notice of termination by May 24th).
Are there shipping costs for each box?
Yes, each baking box will incur the shipping charges shown.
Can I order products in addition to my Happy Baking Box?
Yes, when ordering via our online store, this is possible once when taking out a subscription. The products will then be sent together with the Backbox.
