Online Shop & Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Responsibility for the entire store management and marketplaces
• Development, maintenance and optimization of the online store, including
  product listing, description and categorization.
• Creation of appealing product descriptions and content to improve the
  customer approach
• Implementation of backend work, A/B testing, conversion rate
  optimization and SEO measures
• Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and
  customer acquisition
• Analysis of sales data and derivation of recommendations for action to optimize business performance
  
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and
  sales promotions

YOUSHOULDBRINGTHISWITH YOU:

• Completed commercial training or relevant university degree
  
• Experience in store management or retail, preferably in a start-up environment
• Experience in the maintenance and updating of online stores as well as in the
  creation of product descriptions
• Sound knowledge and experience in backend work, especially with
  Billbee and Shopify
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience in the interpretation of
  sales data
• Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
