The cream isn't ideal for use under fondant, as it's a bit too fluffy. Heavier creams, such as classic buttercream, work better under fondant.

For the cream, you only need in addition:
- 130ml water
- 130ml milk of your choice (whether dairy or plant-based - anything works!)
Mix well with the mixer for 3 min and the perfect cream is ready!
