Yes, your membership in our Happy Sprinkles bonus program is free. The program is simply an offer from us to give something back to you.

You can easily sign up right here on this page. If you already have a customer account with us, you don't need to do anything else - you're automatically included.

• If you fully cancel an order, the Happy Points you received for it will be deducted.
• If an order is only partially cancelled, you keep the Happy Points for the remaining items.
• If you paid with Happy Points, they will be credited back to you upon a full return.
• If you partially return your order, we unfortunately cannot credit you the Happy Points. This also applies to the voucher.

You have the option to convert your Happy Points into €5, €10, and €20 vouchers. The Happy Points will then be credited as the corresponding voucher value.

Unfortunately, combining discount codes or vouchers from the bonus program is not possible.

You can write a maximum of one review per week. It takes 1-2 days for your Happy Points to be approved.
