What is the Happy Sprinkles bonus program?
With our free loyalty program, we want to thank you for your loyalty. You can collect Happy Points for various activities, such as making purchases or referring friends. Once you reach an order value of €250 within the last 12 months, you will automatically become a Sprinkle VIP and receive additional benefits. You can redeem your collected Happy Points for vouchers.
Is membership free of charge?
Yes, your membership in our Happy Sprinkles bonus program is free. The program is simply an offer from us to give something back to you.
How can I register?
Right at the top of this page you'll find a "Register now" button.
Important: The bonus program and the customer account for the online shop are two separate accounts.
I would like to cancel/return an order. What happens to my Happy Points?
- If you fully cancel an order, the Happy Points you received for it will be deducted.
- If an order is only partially cancelled, you keep the Happy Points for the remaining items.
- If you paid with Happy Points, they will be credited back to you upon a full return.
- If you partially return your order, we unfortunately cannot credit you the Happy Points. This also applies to the voucher.
Can I redeem my Happy Points with an order?
You have the option to convert your Happy Points into €5, €10, and €20 vouchers. The Happy Points will then be credited as the corresponding voucher value. A minimum order value applies to each redemption: €30 for the €5 voucher, €40 for the €10 voucher, and €50 for the €20 voucher.
Can I combine vouchers from the bonus program with promotional codes etc.?
Unfortunately, combining discount codes or vouchers from the bonus program is not possible.
Do my Happy Points expire?
What is the maximum number of reviews I can write?
You can write a maximum of one review per week. It takes 1-2 days for your Happy Points to be approved.
How does Refer a Friend work?
If you are happy with our products and our service, you are always welcome to recommend us to friends and family – we would be delighted! 💖
If you would like to be rewarded for doing so, you can take part in our "Refer a Friend" program. To do this, you can send your friends a unique link from your dashboard once you have signed up for the bonus program in your profile. When they make a purchase using that link, not only do your friends save 10 €, but you also receive a 10 € voucher for our SHOP. Both vouchers are valid on orders of 30 € or more. How do I become a Sprinkle VIP?
Once you have placed orders totaling €250 within the last 12 months, you will automatically become a Sprinkle VIP. You don't need to sign up for anything. As a VIP, you get free shipping on orders of €30 or more within Germany, earn double the Happy Points, and receive a €20 discount for your birthday instead of a free product.
Your status is continuously reviewed: the past 12 months are always the deciding factor. If you don't place an order for a longer period, you may revert to being a Sprinkle Member.
