Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

An exception to this is the Happy Backbox subscription. This can only be cancelled within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, it can only be terminated at the end of the term. This can  be submitted via the customer portal or by email.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Happy Sprinkles GmbH, Stresemannallee 88, 22529 Hamburg, Germany, info@happysprinkles.com, Phone: 017645982541) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
