Team Lead / (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), Full-Time/Part-Time

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

You are the primary point of contact for all online marketing campaigns. You never lose track of the big picture and stay in constant exchange with the rest of the team.

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Develop online marketing strategies, implement them operationally, and evaluate success using common KPIs, with a particular focus on performance marketing.
• Independently derive optimization measures and coordinate the further development of our social media presence, email/newsletter marketing, SEO/SEA measures, affiliate marketing, and much more.
• Actively work on implementing and optimizing new and existing processes in online and performance marketing, as well as web shop conception.
• Increase the reach and conversion of our online marketing efforts together with the whole marketing team and the experts at our consulting agencies
• Over time, you'll get the opportunity to take on responsibility for interns and employees

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• A completed apprenticeship/degree in marketing, or as a career changer, notable successes in online marketing
• Relevant professional experience in operational and strategic multi-channel online marketing and solid know-how, particularly in social media, affiliate marketing, and SEO/SEA, ideally in an e-commerce context
• Know-how with the common tools in this field, through which you identify potential for improvement and independently initiate measures that contribute to the further growth of our start-up
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with numbers as well as a solution-oriented mindset
• A wealth of ideas for campaign concepts and planning, as well as a great instinct for writing creative, audience-specific content and copy
• Reliability, willingness and enjoyment in taking on responsibility, as well as a structured and detail-oriented way of working
• You love what we do, are excited about our products, and want to revolutionize the baking world in a young, highly motivated team
• Required language skills: German and English
